About the Falls Volunteer Fire Department
Located in northern Wake County near Wake Forest, N.C., the Falls Volunteer Fire Department provides primary fire and emergency medical services to Wake County and contracted areas for the City of Raleigh. We are part of the Northern Wake County Departments, which also includes Bay Leaf, Durham Hwy, New Hope, Six Forks, Stony Hill, and Wake Forest.
The Falls Volunteer Fire Department is private department operated by both paid and volunteer members. Our station is staffed Monday-Friday 0700 to 1700. After 1700 hours all calls are ran by the volunteer members.
