This is the model course from the North Carolina Justice Academy.
This is the required course for citizens of North Carolina to Obtain a Concealed Carry Handgun permit. After completing the course you will be given a certificate you give to your local Sheriff with your application to start the process for your concealed carry handgun permit.

Happy New Year everyone.

I hope everyone has some goals and things they want to accomplish in 2014.

I know for myself on a personal level I want to become an even better shot.
On a professional level I want to teach people how to safely and effectively shoot guns as a recreational sport and defend themselves and their loved ones in the need arises which I hope it doesn't.

Late this past year I was blessed when Barry Allen owner of the Academy of Personal Defense and Security asked me to help him team teach at his Concealed Carry Handgun classes.

I am looking forward to helping Barry in 2014 and helping even more students getting the instruction they need in several classes that Barry is planning on teaching. Please check the classes section of my website for upcoming classes.

Very Exciting News.

I am team teaching with another instructor at his facility in Wendell, NC.
We both recently traveled to The North Carolina Justice Academy in Salemburg, NC.
Where we took an update class on the new laws that became effective on Oct. 1st. 2013.
The new classes for N.C. Conceal Carry-Handgun will cover the new laws.

The classroom and range are at one convenient location in Wendell, NC. This cuts down on travel time from the classroom to the range for qualification.

He has over 7 years of teaching NRA classes and North Carolina Concealed Carry Handgun Classes.

This is the class you need to take to apply with your local sheriff for your Concealed
Carry Handgun permit.
